"This is the second company that I have started as a financial analyst. The first gave you an intensive one week course to learn how to sell and then there model depended on you going door to door.ameriprise gave you training in a ten week period and it was better because it was spread out and you could learn."

"Hit the ground running and know where your natural market is."

What don't you like about working at Ameriprise Financial?

"The biggest problem is they only give you ten weeks to get ten clients and $10,000. So unless you have a large family or already have a business it is very hard. By the time you are ready with the training to accomplish something it is time to leave."

"Extend the time after the training so an individual has the opportunity to succeed."
