"Make sure you understand Medicare and Medicaid. Also use your clinical knowledge to make sure they understand your abilities."

What don't you like about working at Amerigroup?

"I have no more room for growth within my current department. I am ready to continue to develope my clinical career but do not have that ability in my current role."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to build staff morale by having lunch provided, and reward those associates who go above and beyond. I would also decrease our criteria sets from 4 different programs to 2."
