"If they need to lay off a person to cut back don't find reason to fired a person and also if a person make a mistake inform them and/or find the reason to correct a mistake if one"

"AmeriGas is historically known for instability. You must be able to work in an environment which requires you to work two full time jobs as the amount of work on every individual is too much for standard person. District Managers and Area Directors are responsible for large territories with minimal support. You must be able to work in chaos."

"I enjoyed the multi-unit responsibility, with responsibility for eight different operations (and managers) as it was highly conducive to the discovery of best practices."

"One must clearly question what a position's expectations are to be, and establish commitments for training from the start. It's a very fast-moving environment."

"I remain concerned about the resources afforded to Safety vs. the need."

"Safety needs to be more legitimately promoted and supported, most importantly through effective, consistent training efforts and resources."
