"You need to be able to do many jobs at one time. multitasking is a big part of the job. the person also needs to be able to work under-pressure"

"I do not like when other employee's yell at the drivers or when they but down others around they very negative environment."

"The management needs to learn how to deal with the problems instead of looking the other way. By behaving in this manor it promotes a hasstle work emvironment."

"Loved the team spirit of ensuring the customers were treated the same way across all of the facilities they were contracted in. If one facility was having difficulties, another would help correct any issues or challenges."

"At the time, the management team was focused on pleasing the investors and getting a ROI to them, on time. Some issues with the funding of budgets to ensure my facility could sustain the customer base we had established."

"Listen to the field operations and accept the feed back. We were in the trenches with the customers on a daily basis and listening to their concerns."
