"I've worked at ARHD for 2 years and here is the bottom line!You are expected to work a minimum of 40 billable hours. Usually that means at least 45 true hours but if you are expected to survive then you better put in more like 50 60 hours! You are constantly working under extreme stress but I guess that is not surprising working for a Managed Services Providers. All of the technical jobs are Exempt so there is no overtime pay and the company has a No Comp policy."
