"The deep rooted culture and upper level management involvement with the production facilities was fantastic. American Woodmark has set a standard of excellence that in all levels of it's operations that does not compare to any company I have worked for. They do practice what they preach. I miss working with the company and the great employees."

"Go to the web site and learn the core policies such as the CITE principals. Those are the foundations of the company, and they are the tools to which you will live by."

"Worked for them for 21 years. In the old days they really cared for their employees but in todays time they could care less about anyone, from the hourly worker right up through middle management."
