"The company was run by 2 schizoid brothers who played Queen of Hearts with everyone (running around yelling, Off with their heads!) My boss got a new boss a month after I started. She was fired the next month. I was fired the next month."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go bankrupt already. Mr. GQ, learn the difference between strategies and tactics."

"Was a fun atmosphere to work in and a fairly simple and straightforward full-time position to have while attending night school on a full-time basis."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nestor is no longer in business as NESTOR Traffic Systems, I believe they were bought out by another company. If I had to offer any suggestion, I would suggest that they practice some sort of productivity breaks or mind games/activities for employes to participate in to break up the sometimes mundane task of processing video-based citations. This can be fun and a good way to give everyone a break every now and then."
