"Overall ARS has been a great company to work for. The money is really good and I was promoted in just four months! This position requires minimal oversight and is great for motivated self-starters! PTO, paid holidays, 401k, and benefits. I gave four stars instead of five because I think the commission structure should be more consistent, there are too many fluctuations. Overall, great company!"
"I worked for ARS in Clearwater, FL for around 1 month, enough to know that this was not my position."
"I worked at ARS for a couple months and it wasn't the greatest experience. They had me traveling all across metro Atlanta and it was just hard for me to do that while I was still in school. I thought I was going to be working with a team but it was just me being placed in Home Depot's pitching customers that are shopping in the store trying to sell a service."
"I’ve liked working at ARS co-workers and managements is awesome but the pay wasn’t great and the workload is just too little to be a full time employee but overall I like it at ARS."
"I've worked for ARS for four months now. Great environment to grow and achieve. everyone is very friendly."
"Great company, awesome family atmosphere."
"This company is horrible. Unorganized, unprofessional, crooks, unrestrained, they will rob you. They purposely send HVAC technicians out to your home to damage your unit. They look for units that are 8 and older. Even if your unit is working fine they they will tell you different and then send a sales man out to sell you a new unit. They blame the call center for not getting people to schedule. No one wants them in their home because of bad experience. Their old customers would even say your tech messed my unit up and tried to make me buy a new unit. The sales guy was too pushy and they ended up having another company come out to see ARS switched some wires around to make their unit seem as if it was broke. And they do not train anyone the correct way. They set you up for failure."
"I have worked for ARS for four years. I enjoy the people I work with, however I have limited control over my financial bonus opportunities."
