Certain managers are just moved from department to department rather than removing them entirely when they don't meet the standards, just because the team that you put them with can support them and meet the goals set forth by the company. Working more than 60 hours a week consistently without so much as a thank you for a job well done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make regulatory compliance the number one goal, make the employees feel like they are valuable, remove management that doesn't meet the standards rather than moving or creating positions for them. Finally, telling employees thank you for a job well done and meaning it goes farther than an insincere employees day with a picnic that most employees can't even attend because the job still needs to get done."
