"Huge amount of business rule identification and definition, good team to work with, high volume of work."

"Originally the assignment was a local assignment with lots of overtime so I did not need to travel."

"They care nothing for the people that work for them and they reduce the hourly rate without notice whenever they felt like it."

"They need to be more upfront about assignments and realize that the people working for them are the business."

"The fact we had to down size to keep open. Letting people go is not the best feeling but it had to be done"

"American Mortgage Consultants is a very small company. It had a very unprofessional atmosphere, and managment was the cause. AMC also did not provide compensation for overtime. Also advancement opportunities are not likely. AMC is also very top heavy with 7 SVP's to 8 fulltime underwriters and QCer's."

"Tell it how it is. Dont beat around the bush"
