"When I began this position I was told that I would be full time with benefits in a short amount of time, which never happened. I feel like with the amount of hours that I put in and the work load that I have that I probably should make more. That being said, I am content with what I'm making. Aside from my hourly rate, I do receive leasing bonuses and that helps to supplement my income."

"The role is 100% commission so income can vary widely. The company promotes that there is a possibility to earn $150,000 the first year, but everything would have to go just right for that to happen. The average analyst at this company earns about $100k per year so $50-70k is more realistic for your first year. Many times there are two analysts assigned to a job, so the better closer is upset because they have to split the commission with the weaker closer, and having two analysts essentially makes the $150,000 opportunity a $75,000 per year possibility."
