"The people were excellent to work with and very helpful."

What don't you like about working at American Lung Association?

"The budget was often inadequate and I frequently found myself working and not getting paid. As a graduate student looking for experience-not compensation, it worked for me, but I can see how others would not be too happy there! It was a part time job and I am very happy I had the opportunity to grow so much professionally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better organization! But from what I have heard from my former colleagues, who I spoke to only last week or so, they are doing much better in the last few months."
