"I had an opportunity to interact with students and their famiy's. We first built rapport over the phone. After the students moved on to campus and started school I had an opportunity to maintain relationships and pillustrate to them that their investment will continue to grow."

"I would tell them to be goal-drives, solution oriented, be aware of the learning curve, but mosty help those students who want to be helped."
