"Don't depend of laptop presentation too much, train new reps both on laptop and paper app, be more consistent with leads."

"Make sure you know what you are getting into. It is a huge commitment that can eat your personal, emotional, and financial world alive until you get rolling to make profit. Expect no less than 6 months of extreme stress and burden. The reward may be there for you, but it will be very challenging in the beginning."

"The structure and support was less than average. Some promises were not kept."

"Providing the initial hot leads they had promised. The leads are important to provide some traction to get the pipeline started. Cold leads or leads that had been stepped on before are acceptable and are a part of every insurance agents daily routine, however it would be nice not to have them as the primary source."

"The compensation and the unpredictability of future sales. While bonuses and renewals are very attractive, I miss having a stable and consistant pay."
