"Worst company I have ever worked for. The management was rude and they were never "available" to assist those in the field. They said they provided a card for expenses but then never wanted you to use it. They expect you to pay for parts out of your pocket saying they will reimburse you but then it takes months to get money and it's usually shorter than you paid out. Do not waste your time ever working for this company. The only benefits was the pay and a company vehicle."

I think for any company getting valuable insights is important. In my previous company I able to brought meaningful insights on the table and it helped company to increase 20% sells."
