"I think a base salary plus commission will be best for employees"

"Even though the company culture is conservative, my office and district are more collaborative. I enjoy the camraderie and team work that most of us exhibit. I like the flexible schedule and autonomy."

"If you are interviewing as a Career Agent, know that you will need to put your head down and work hard for 2 full years to have a solid foundation in your practice. If you have any aspirations for management, the company definitely promotes from within and wants to move your upward if that is your desire."

"Improve technology and our specific office set up. Office is not attractive at all."

"Listen to the field a little more. Improve technology. Cut down tremendously on our use of paper and utilize more of a paperless system."

"I really enjoyed working for VALIC and the only reason I left was I was offered a position at Litton Loan."

"To make sure that everyone knows who the upper management is at AIG. I do not know the CEO."
