"I had an amazing experience with ACS, however the only downfall was some of the management had little to no background in the IT field, which in turn meant they had less of an understanding of the IT world and some of the issues that different roles faced."

"Your experience greatly depends on where you are in the organization. Some departments are much better than others. That said, sometimes it feels like this: You are on a sinking ship, you run to the captain and say "The hull is filling up with water!", he/she looks at you and says "hold on, lets get some consensus on this issue and I will get back with you". After some time, the captain returns with a paper cup in hand. "OK, go down and take care of it with this". When you have done all you can to get water over the side, the captain comes by and checks on your progress. He/she says "Can you do this more effectively? Excuse me, I'm headed to a leadership meeting." *sigh*"
