"I enjoy doing what I do. I like helping clients figure out the best way to put something together."

"RUN! Unfortunately, until American completes the mentality change, it's difficult to be able to keep the positive mentality and morale."

What don't you like about working at American Buildings?

"In all honesty, there is a huge issue with the equality of males to females; as if females aren't as adequate to do the job as males. It's an old school mentality which is hard to fight through."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to understand the importance of setting examples, creating positive moral by keeping positive attitudes."
