"We should not have been so aggressive."

"The work was wonderful, challenging and always exciting, most of the people with the exception of the one or two trouble makers were great to work with"

"If you like who your immediate supervisor is and regional and feel you can trust them, then go for it and just do the right thing."

What don't you like about working at American Brokers Conduit?

"When the Politics and or quotas would outweigh common sense,underwriting and/or originating guidelines and regulations. I just did not participate and they someone either underwrite the loan or work with the Broker. The few times I have seen this in my career the company and/or particular branches would usually close within 6 mos - I left in March they closed in June/July Salt Lake Utah anyway heard some of the company would stay open. I also do not believe it was this way in all other branches. But some higher up management did get caught up in the whole thing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When the back biting starts to take a hard look at the situation and wait before responding. Usually the ones starting the trouble will continue to either complain, tattle tale and always out of context to make the other person look bad, and eventually the very people she or he have convinced to rally against one or more of the group will loose their followers one by one. The person who choses not to participate in the elementary behavior and justs tries to do their job will also be the one who will not tattle on coworkers in or out of context and will definately not be the employee you would want to report other employees times in, out, what they are saying etc. They will give you enough information and then usually leave to do something else."

What do you like about working at American Brokers Conduit?

"The company really listened to all of its employees. The top 4 executive of the company met monthly to review each employee suggestion. They reviewed every single one and rewarded the individuals who's suggestion was implemented. They also got back to the people whos suggestions were not implemented and gave explanations as to why."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be really innovative"
