"Go in with a strong mind-set that these people have worked together a very long time (10+ yrs) and they might have a hard time letting you in their circle. I wish someone would have warned me I would have been prepared and came in with tougher skin."

What don't you like about working at American Blinds?

"They company had a hard time making me feel welcome. I felt like an outsider and their were some who made me feel like I was part af the Team and were others who made me feel I did not belong and that made my job very difficult to do. It was extremly hard to come to a place of business each day knowing you are unwelcomed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"to make sure the staff is reminded that it's very important to be a Team player with EVERYONE. That their actions can cause a very bad reaction in my case the lost a great team player that brought a lot to the company in a short time."
