What do you like about working at American Bank?
"The people were great to work with. My Supervisor would tell me what was to be audited, and he would let me run with it. I would update him as needed, or present the draft audit report to him when the work was done. He really appreciated the fact that I did not need a lot of hand holding, and that I could work independently. He also like the fact that I could help other non experienced auditors with their work, or help to review what they did to ensure the final audit product was a complete and well document product. I liked the fact that he would give me feed back on a completed audit, the issues found or not found, and what needed to be improved or included in the next review. He always respected me, did not treat me as a subordinate, but as an equal and made the work environment enjoyable."
What don't you like about working at American Bank?

Sometimes the Board was not clear on what they wanted or expected, which created some tension in the department. Also the Board of Directors may decide to change things half way into the review, which lead to wasted time and energy."
