"The culture and drive toward quality in the organization. Production would be halted to correct a found issue. Treatment and consideration were priorities of management."

"Limit as to the scope of the job duties. The job tasks where essential for quality and flow but took the full focus of time and concentration. My performance would be focused on the tasks at hand, not invetsigative for improvement."

"Did not work long enough at organization to give a full background analysis for suggestions."

"Good pay but bad working conditions (politics), rotten city, lots of crime, not for me."

"Just appear to be greedy and gladly accept all of the overtime they will offer."

"Everything else. Dirty, stinky, nasty place to work. Politcal situation inside the plant - very racist! Lots of crime in the city."

"Close 1840 Holbrook and relocate to a nicer city in a nicer state, like South Carolina, for example..."
