"Amaris is an international consulting firm based in Geneva Switzerland, and in about 60 countries. I was hired to open the engineering business line in the US, in January 2019. The structure of the North American division is very shaky, and there is a very high turnover rate. The learning curve at Amaris starts high then stagnates."
