"Your experience will vary depending on your department AND your boss. MMX got chaotic this year and hasn’t slowed down. People are quitting in large numbers leaving gaps in the workforce and the head guy in MMX still expects double duty on all these new projects. There’s a VP who makes it a point to degrade her team and seems to enjoy it, to a point that they are all either quitting or getting sick. They think their on the cutting edge with tech. Its pretty much 1997 in MMX with tech. One question is if I approve of the CEO. I answered no because he supports a toxic workplace and VPs that treat their employees poorly and C levelers run an entire business unit into the ground. Doc, your employees are burned out. Crispy and charred. Look around and do something about it."

"Management doesn't seem to know how to manage properly and there is way too much micro-managing going on in all departments."
