"I am given work at all time of the day and night, on weekends and on holidays. I am constantly being asked to do work. I was promoted but have to do the work of two people"

"I would delegate tasks differently and not give them to only one person"

"I would ask for there pipeline of projects and see where there is a fit for your particular skill sets."

"There was a very small pipeline of additional engagements. The engagements there were pursuing were out of there core capabilities."

"I would say that they should stick to what they do best."
