"I've been working at Alto Pharmacy since 2017. I started off as a Patient Care Specialist helping patients receive medications via courier all while maintaining a high expectation of patient experience. I quickly rose through the ranks at Alto and quickly learned how great the people are. Every single person at this company cares about the impact that they have on individuals and will go above and beyond to provide value. Unfortunately, the years I've been here, many great individuals have been hung out to dry - myself included. As companies - particularly startups scale and develop, it becomes increasingly harder to maintain culture and identity. This company will continue to be successful in areas that impact the patient and the healthcare industry but perhaps still needs more investment in their own workers."
