"I worked for Alternative for a little over a year, and I can say they are a strong player in the market for Salesforce native solutions and consulting. They use a customer first approach that is often times lost in this industry, crafting solutions that are practical and efficient. I would say that while this is an overall good company to work for, but make sure to double check your employment contract vs offer letter vs spoken agreement and rectify all discrepancies (if any) before hand."
