"Unfortunately, the CEO micromanages everything that happens in the company and does not allow for much change to take place through the employees they hire. Lots of budget cuts as well due to COVID and relocation to India for all support."
"I worked for Altametrics for only a short while. Though my work there was brief, I was able to quickly see that the work environment was not for me. This was mainly because training was at a minimum and the content topics were completely foreign to me. Without a full 30 days, the company let me go without any concrete reasons, even after I asked for more input. I do not recommend Altametrics to anyone, avoid at all costs if possible."

"This company is overall OK. The benefits company wide are seriously lacking. No vacation until 1 year and the medical benefits are restricted to just Kaiser. Besides that, I approve of the CEOs efforts for effective ergonomics in the workplace. The manager in charge of Hula is absolutely incompetent and seems to play politics a lot. A web developer director the work of a C# engineer is asinine."
