"Like many japanese company's, they promote directly from Japan for managerial postions. Although in the states, a strong leadership is required, and good communication is key to such an important role."
"I worked for Alpine for about 5 years, it is a great place to work. Coworkers are great to work with and the team attitude within the company is great. Theres lots of work and there is a mostly stress free environment. It is difficult however, to move up within the company."
