"Start up feel (relaxed and fun atmosphere, non bureaucratic/corporate/stuffy)* Great learning opportunity (as soon as you develop one skill set, you start being involved in another)* Real impact on business and lots of responsibilities (within few months out of college, Analysts can develop their own client relationships, begin interviewing candidates for jobs, and soon after that begin learning coaching/mentoring and then management skills"

"Be prepared, open-minded, responsive and show a good sense of analysis and interpersonal skills"

What don't you like about working at AlphaSights?

"Always too much to do: employees are always on, always busy, always engaged - this job is NOT one you just show up too, put in face time, and leave your work at the office (also a pro - you will never be bored, because there will always be a million things to do and not enough time to do them in)."

"Aim to improve inter-office communication and connectedness.Continue giving feedback (perhaps even more regularly)."
