"It has undergone major change and the people over me are no longer there."

"I have been with Ally since 2013 and they have been nothing but great to work for! Ally goes out of their way to take care of their employees and customers. The employee benefits are unheard of these days. Just a couple examples, generous PTO, strong 401(k) match, strong health benefits, and they even put money into your kids' college funds. Communication is top-notch on all levels including the executive leaders of the company starting with the CEO."
