"What you throw out into the Universe comes back, no matter good or bad."

What do you like about working at Allstate?

"Exceptional training you receive to enforce confidence in you, and to do your job to the best of your ability as far as keeping the potential client on the phone and remaining aggressive through to the close."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not allow them to flood your mind with thoughts of you being a piker, you'll spend long hours in the office without any reward for your additional effort (besides the fact that they will humiliate you and fire you, in a very unprofessional manner, in front of everybody)."

What don't you like about working at Allstate?

"Upper management encourages his staff as a self made man, but through my experiences with the company, I came to learn that upper management only promotes people, into trusted positions, who he grew up with in his own neighborhood. He uses the fact that they were in there thirties to claim they were former business owners and successful business people from past ventures, even through they failed to show that while I was still working there, before I came an epiphany and immediately left my position there. They hid these gentlemen from the rest of the staff, to hide the fact they didn't know what they were doing, to give them time to grow, learn and make more money than anyone whose been there. Therefore their ethics and business morals were completely opposite what they were promoting to the masses of entry level telemarketers they managed. Not to mention the fact, they are of Russian Jewish ethnic origin, and they are very blunt and open to there personal racial biases of any other race outside of there own. I am of African American decent and ironically 80 percent of their entry level telemarketers are African American and most are immediately marked as insufficient for more responsibilities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have more faith in your training process and maybe morale will remain high and you won't have such a fast turnover of employees."
