"The company has a solid reputation and has a high ethical standards. For those interviewing, they should focus on their experience in loan servicing and origination, and be able to grasp new technology quickly."

"I would recommend they standardize the requirements for each consultant for the jobs they assign. Unfortunately, at this time, the QC Managers have differing views on work assignment and work flow."
