"I would say be ready to deal with a small company that sometimes flies by the seat of their pants and relies to much on outside investors."

"100% commission and we are not large enought to offer our own products so we are at the mercy of the larger bank ever shrinking guidelines."

"They need to communicate better between the inside staff and outside account executives. Additionally, they need to communicate better when guidelines change with our main investors."

"Was not there very long. My friends owned the franchise and he had a heart attack soon after and had to close."

"If you are new to the mortgage industry try to start with a company that has been established for a while."

"Because it was a new franchise there were a lot of troubles getting off the ground as you would expect but was closed prior to having a good feel."
