"I've worked for Alliance Health for near 4 years. As a start up company there are obvious flaws that come about in management, but the company has never grown out of this stage. My experience here has been incredibly stressful due to layoffs, financial strain, and lack of compensation regardless of assuming massive responsibility. About a month ago, I went from a team of 10 to just me due to lay offs. I want stability, and to feel appreciated by my employer."
