Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not come here. Seriously, you must avoid this place. But, if you really want to join, just be enthusiastic and be a sales person. It doesn't matter if you're not applying for a sales position, because that's all ASG wants - sales people. The official goal of the company is to be a billion-dollar company. And since the company is owned by one man, the unofficial goal is to make him a billionaire."

What don't you like about working at Allen Systems Group?

"No incentive scheme or increases in pay. Mandatory pay cuts. No perks such as medical insurance or retirement plans or career development. Constant firings and layoffs. No vision. Incredibly low employee morale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on building a true software company, and expanding on the positives of the company. Move the headquarters to a more sensible location where you can attract talent. Boost technical capacity in the employees."
