"I have worked for Allegis Group for 1 year. While they claim to have a company built on relationships, Allegis Corporate Services is a group built on cliques. If you are not in the right clique, you are not going to be able to succeed in your job because those cliques will undermine your work regardless of the job description you have, your job title or the responsibilities that you have to fulfill. I think that the leadership has been built through longevity as much as through leadership."

"I enjoyed the ability to work independently and to be self directed. The social networking tools I was able to utilize and the fast paced work enviornment were also aspects of the position that I enjoyed."

"The way some employees were treated in regards to providing promotions when not they were not earned or deserved or not provided promotions when rightfully deserved."

"AGS needs to improve the senior management decision making processes related to implementation of software. They could also set client expectations more clearly during the sales process."
