"ALLDATA can not attract top level professionals and when they do those employees don't last very long. The executive management team tends to hire and promote family and friends who are not experienced in the roles they are hired to perform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Executive management needs to be removed and in it place a team of professionals need to be hired who know how to build a company, manage individuals and various programs and evolve various departments at ALLDATA to be lean. Stick to product road maps, become strategic and competitive in the market place again. Pay people what they are worth!"
