"I worked for the ABBAE Seattle office. I enjoyed my coworkers but I felt like I could not work with as much autonomy as I needed. We also sometimes took low cost projects which resulted in us compromising too often with owners and contractors for less-than-perfect work."
"At the time I worked at ABBAE, it was still a small company going through growing pains. Many processes weren't standardized and there was constant back and forth on the right way to do things. On one hand, my problem with ABBAE was that they did not seem to value employees, with minimal investment in a pleasant office and office events. On the other hand, after finally receiving a raise, competitors to ABBAE I interviewed with could not come close to matching the pay (and I heard this from many coworkers too)."
"You are treated really well if they like you and show you do good work which should not be hard to do. Make sure you make yourself know by doing great at what you were hired to do. Always ask for more work and you will be compensated well. Raises are hard to come by but perks are definitely a plus at this company. A good 401k and health benefits are an enormous plus!"
