"There were a lot of politics that came into play when the original manager passed away due to Cancer. Coachmen couldn't compete with Fleetwood here on the West Coast so they decided to close their dealerships here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate to your employees! Ask the question Whatever it is that you are wanting to get done make sure they understand what is wanted! It saves a lot of time and helps avoid frustration to your staff!"
