"I have always enjoyed the environment at Alienware as well as the work I have done. If Alienware was not closing down the MiamI location, I would not consider leaving as there would still be opportunity for advancement."

"Unfortunately, positions at the MiamI Alienware Corporation location will have to be considered short term."

What don't you like about working at Alienware?

"The only thing I can say I don't like is that Dell is shutting down the MiamI location and outsourcing as much as they can, thus leaving many Alienware colleagues unemployed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has handled all of the restructuring and downsizing as best as they can. As such, I have no suggestions at this time."

"Alienware was purchased by Dell since my departure, interview would be with Dell."

"Great concepts but not enough senior managment vision within the organization to make it happen until Dell purchased Alienware."

"Management structure has changed since I was there, cannot really comment."

"Coworkers get along well and you learn from eachother!"

"You learn a lot as a tech, new technologies but salary sucks big time."

"Management is to harsh on the employees they wanted you to make the impossible happen!"

"If you are going to demand best performance from employees improve salary because they want over qualified personal and then they will underpay then."
