"Was very hard to get someone to listen to new ideas or let alone implement them. A lot of employees set in old ways ."

"taking communication training, be more open to new ideas."

"Flexible and challenging. Wonderful work environment. All of my bosses and everyone in my chain of command has been very open for mentoring and leadership."

"Be positive and do not try and fool the engineers. The Alfred Mann Foundation has some of the brightest minds in the world working there. Learn to relax with the other employees, be prepared for everyone to want and establish a friendship with you. They are all great people with a vast array of social and professional backgrounds. I recommend highly getting to know these people. Please note that this company is a not for profit organization."
