"the colleagues are complicated, and hard to communicate. and no vacation"

"we should work as a team work and communicate with each other well."

What do you like about working at Alfa Leisure?

"I have to manage multi-tasks at the same time, which makes work more interesting. Issues come all the time from factories and clients, so I never get bored. I went on business trip every month, which widen my vision enormously"

"Apply for jobs in Alfa if you are interested in fashion."

What don't you like about working at Alfa Leisure?

"The scale is too small, I can't see my future staying here. I've been promoted for several times, and thanks to boss, he gave me power on managing almost everything. However, it's time for me to move onto another level of professional life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Business is like gambling, especially in the front line position such as an importer. Be more organized could help to manage thing better."

"I enjoyed working for this Founder, CEO, Chairman as this position required some ingenuity on my part and there was no such thing as a typical day at the office."

What don't you like about working at Alfa Leisure?

"Business ethics were questionable at best from the top. Many dealers were out of pocket for warranty expenditure and never reimbursed and were told they could have a free option in their next purchase if they wash the warranty charges away...towards the end motor homes were sold without MSO's prior to bankruptcy (basically selling out of trust without paying Freightliner for the chassis). The list goes on and on..."

What do you like about working at Alfa Leisure?

"The complexity of the work was challenging and at times very complex. In addition, the personnel in manufacturing and engineering were highly qualified and a pleasure to work with."

What don't you like about working at Alfa Leisure?

"The cash shortages made the environment very tense and difficult to control"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although a managing principal of Alfa was to maintain very low inventory levels, the senior manager routinely violated that principal leaving Alfa in a cash shortage position. I would suggest that they follow their basic principal of low inventory levels."
