"Alfa has a very mature and heavily customized insurance application that can be very challenging, especially if you have no previous insurance experience. They also tend to struggle with the ever changing issues associated with selling non standard insurance in many different states. Employee morale seems a shade low at times and management does not respond well to internal issues that are spoken about privately between employees but never openly addressed publicly."
"I have been employed by Alfa Mutual Insurance for three years and have been very happy. This really is a great place to work for and though it is a large company, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you feel like a part of the Alfa Family. I have very few complaints, and what complaints I have had were addressed quickly. My boss is probably the best boss I have ever had. He understands the complex IT work that I do and he is quick to protect everyone that works for him."
"Very good people to work with."
