"If you love yourself and care about your well-being keep away from them. But if youre an unhappy person and dont want to think about it and realized that being a selfish workaholic may not leave you time to think about who you really are and what you want for your life, this is for you."

What don't you like about working at Alexander Proudfoot?

"Run by typical calculated, selfish and cold-blooded executives. They just dont care about people, they see and treat you like trash and are don't even try to disguise it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I guess that their mission The client first, the company second and self third should be reviewed."

"Run away. You deserve better. They will treat you like you are lucky to be working for them. Rarely thank you. Mislead you in the interview and put your personal needs last."

"The people you work along side with are mostly good hard working people. Working long hours together under poor conditions is great for team building."

"If they won't give you their policy on work/life balance and compensation in writing, run."

What don't you like about working at Alexander Proudfoot?

"Senior leadership very self serving and lacks self awareness of their short comings. Extremely high expectations in terms of hours and travel but the pay is marginal. Raises are non-existent unless you have a bargaining chip. If your project ends and there is no work, you are let go immediately. Might as well work for yourself. Bonus structure is all or nothing. Potentially you could work long and hard but never see a dime in bonus for something beyond your direct control. Meanwhile, they still get their full fee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Execute on a vision that is good for the many and not just the few. Stop hiding behind so called touted 'work-life balance' as a tool for drawing new hires in only to tout 'project comes first' for the reason why you won't get it later."

"Working with different client in parts of the U.S. and Aboard"

"Very formal interview process. Must be good thinking on your feet because the majority of the interview process is oral in front of upper management"

What don't you like about working at Alexander Proudfoot?

"I like traveling but it getting old. I one girl in high school and would like to be around a little more."

"Listen to the doers or worker because most time they have the best insight."
