"The technology at Alcon was excellent and enabled me to perform the research and studies necessary to complete any tasks set before me. The camaraderie among the lab chemists was great and fostered a great arena for idea exchange. On the down side, once Novartis bought the company from Nestle, the environment and culture changed drastically. The company culture went almost immediately to one of fear of job loss."
