"The manager, Michael Hernandez, is the type of boss that thrives on intimidation and talks down to you. Never a compliment for the hard work accomplished. Reported him to HR, they “investigated “ but bcuz of fear of retaliation no one would back me up."

"I've worked as a Produce Clerk at Albertsons for about a year. My experience at this company has been incredible. My co-workers and managers make my job an amazing place to work at, and the focus and commitment to customer service is a big plus. Every day we are reminded that customers come first. "The changing industry is very challenging and Albertsons is NOT ready for the move."

"Communication is key. Management needs to spend more time evaluating operations and financial duties."

"None. This job was easy to get because it is retail."

"Basically a yes man. Do what they tell you to do."

"Not much. Everyone has their assigned roles to do and they carry them out."

"This was a different pace and different industry than I was used to. It was challenging in that aspect and it gave me that chance to understand how this market works. It was good to give that insight and it was something I can use in the future."

"Again, this is a different industry than the traditional retail workplace. If this is an area you are familiar with, it is a great place to work. Please ensure you know the industry prior to working."

What don't you like about working at Albertsons?

"I don't think I disliked it so much as I missed the traditional retail corporations. I felt more useful when I was engaged in that industry."

"Management were understanding and respectful in the needs of the employee. I'm not sure I would have any constructive criticism for them."

"I have a stable full-time job that provides benefits with flexible schedule."

"This company is a waste of time, going under any second and the management always worries about when the bigger fish will come for them."

"Working in the Pharmacy, I know there is little room for growth for me in the company."

"I don't know what I would do differently. It is a retail industry, so everything revolves around skimming for profits."
