"It had given me the opportunity to grow in the twenty six years I was employed there. Management had enough confidence in my abilities to promote me as the positions were open."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I always believed in being honest in your interviews. Don't tell them what they want to hear tell them what you know, your experience and what you can offer the company."
What don't you like about working at Albéa?
"The new management had decided that the knowledge of the older employess wasn't enough for them they wanted to hire younger."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions would have been to hire the young but have the more experienced employees train and work with them side by side to both learn from each other."
