"This company draws employees largely with the promise of working in aerospace on exceedingly cool military contracts and presents an image of rapid growth and advancement within the company. In my experience this has not been the case. The company is growing quickly; however, it feels largely like they are leaving the employees behind. As a first job I would recommend this company, but they are subject to layoffs of departments outside of operations, and frequent stagnation within operations."
