What don't you like about working at Alaska National Insurance Co.?

"My biggest concern here was that I began to feel trapped in my position. I appreciated that they felt I was worth being paid at the top of my salary grid, but felt that they did not communicate well with me about my advancement opportunities. I was informed of advancement opportunities that I was not aware existed when I submitted my resignation to take another job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that employees be made aware of their opportunity to work in another department or advancement opportunities within their existing department. If I had known of advancement opportunities, I would not have looked for other career options."
